TROXY’S HISTORY
Troxy’s history stretches back to 1933 when it was built on the site of an old brewery in Stepney. As the largest cinema in England at the time, it had a capacity of 3,500 and showed its first film, King Kong, on September 11, 1933. Over the years, Troxy has hosted various events, from concerts and awards ceremonies to LGBTQ+ led events.
Today, Troxy combines its rich historical charm with modern innovations, making it a standout choice for any corporate event.
