We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through sustainable practices that minimise waste, as well as energy and water consumption. Investing in educational and employment initiatives is our way of supporting local communities, while we ensure our suppliers maintain the highest ethical and sustainable standards.

Thoughtful Venue Selection
We only select venues with good public transport links close to major transport reduce carbon emissions.
Energy
We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint by offsetting the emissions from our events. We prioritise energy-efficient solutions for all our AV needs, such as LED lighting wherever it’s suitable. Our on-site team ensures that all lighting and equipment are switched off when not in use, conserving energy at every step.
Supply Chain & Communication
We prefer working with suppliers who share our sustainability values. Whenever possible, we select local suppliers to support our community and reduce transportation impacts. We diligently consider the production and transport of our event materials and maintain open communication with all our partners about our sustainable approach.

Food Supplies
Our food choices reflect our commitment to sustainability. We opt for seasonal British produce sourced locally whenever possible. This not only reduces air miles but also supports local farms, fields, and rivers.

Zero Food Waste
We reduce food waste through careful menu planning and creative reuse. Our staff are trained in sustainable practices, and we work with suppliers to use imperfect produce, addressing waste at its source while supporting local farming.
CLEANING
- Minimising usage of chemicals and restriction of aerosols when cleaning.
- Using microfibre cloths which can be washed & re-used instead of disposables.
- Encouraging the conservation of energy and water by using modern, more efficient technology.
- Training & educating staff on company’s environmental policy.
- Only using similarly-minded suppliers and subcontractors.
COMPLIANCE
We are working towards compliance to the ISO 20121 sustainable events standard and follow the guidelines set out by the Sustainable Event Alliance (SEA).
WATER
- By not selling plastic bottled mineral water in any of our events eliminates packaging waste associated with pre-bottled water – we only use glass single use or glass refillable bottles.
- Reduces refrigeration storage requirements by chilling water on demand.
- Vastly reduces carbon footprint.
