You will prepare and maintain the food service areas in an attractive and hygienic manner and to be responsible for accurate ordering and billing. You will work on a rota basis, covering day and evening shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving all food to the highest standard and using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
• Setting up service counters for service and keeping the service areas clean, tidy and presentable.
• Cleaning and washing up all equipment and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
• Ensuring that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
• Handling the till sales accurately and to take responsibility for the security of all transactions and assist with end of day banking procedures.
• Thinking ‘Challenge 25’ policy and always act on it in a polite and friendly manner.
• Attending to customer needs in a polite, helpful, and friendly manner.
• Providing information to customers about the food and make recommendations.
