You will handle all incoming booking enquires in a professional and knowledgeable way. You will work on a rota basis, covering day and evening shifts.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors and customers.
• Handling all incoming telephone calls promptly and friendly.
• Managing all booking enquires received by email, telephone, and open table platform in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the restaurant booking calendar and plan pre booked parties and celebrations such as Christmas and birthdays.
• Promoting offers available and upsell services when dealing with the enquires.
• Liaising with the restaurant supervisors to ensure the team are aware of the celebrations and any booking prerequisites.
• Assisting colleagues in taking orders, setting up the tables, serving food and beverages, clearing tables as and when required.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly image with the visitors and customers at the venue.
