Doing it differently
The Camm & Hooper story started back in 2013 when our founder, Claire Lawson, set about to disrupt the sleepy world of events with a vision to do things differently. Out would go boring linen tablecloths, poor production values and rows of identikit waiters holding trays of warm fizz. In would come a company where wonderful venues, fabulous food & drink and a dedicated team would curate a new era of magical events.
Building this dream wouldn’t be easy, but Claire knew that it could be possible. Our exciting story had started…

As part of our founders’ vision to revolutionize the events industry, the Camm & Hooper team is always looking to push the boundaries. We hand-select only the best at Camm & Hooper – everything from our people, venues, and products to partners.
With a passion for transforming extraordinary spaces into unforgettable event venues, we set out on our journey. One of our notable achievements converting Banking Hall, the Art Déco listed former HQ of Lloyds Bank, into a spectacular and stunning new events space.
Since then, we’ve grown our collection of iconic & landmark venues that offer our lovely clients the opportunity to curate magical events – spaces with character that can be fun or formal, intimate or immense.
